TOWN OF CLEVELAND — REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Town of Cleveland, Alabama is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from licensed professional engineering and/or architectural firms to provide design, bidding, and construction oversight services for Phase 1 of the Cleveland Park Renovation project, with potential to continue with the Town on future phases of the park renovation. Phase 1 is funded in part through the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF), administered by the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA)—federal and state regulations apply. The project includes reconfiguration of a ball field and construction of a new concession, restroom, and press box building at Cleveland Park.

Firms will be evaluated based on the following criteria: Firm Qualifications and Key Personnel; Federal Recreation & Public Infrastructure Experience; Capacity and Project Approach; and Past Performance and Client References. Proposals are requested in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to make an award in its best interests.
